Most people that live here are young making it a hip area. Buildings are being slowly renovated but the area still needs a look of work. However, the area is very vibrant with a lot of street art and some rather special shop owner, a bit bizarre at times but definitely interesting to watch. At night the spot is very popular for its bars.
